We manage and support the full integration of the client's tour operator system (e.g. ATCOM) into Amadeus Leisure Search Cache (Bistro) and Amadeus Tour Market (TOMA). This includes all phases from the initial technical questionnaire, system validation, data quality assurance, and certification testing through to go-live readiness.

  • Coordination between Amadeus, the tour operator, and third-party systems (ATCOM, GIATA, etc.)
  • Managing communication threads and documentation across stakeholders
  • Monitoring milestones from project kick-off to go-live certification
  • Identifying and resolving blocking points (technical or procedural)
